Electrostatic Filter Auto Wash Units
An Horizon electrostatic filter complete with integral auto wash cleaning
mechanism requires the correct quantity of water, at the correct temperature
and pressure. Horizon manufacture a range of self contained hot-water
storage tank/pump units, to generate the correct supply of hot pressurised
water. Four standard sizes are available as detailed below, each comprises
an insulated water storage tank, immersion heater, pump unit and control
panel for automatic operation.
Units are built as standard for 380/440 volts three phase 50 cycles and
neutral. Units for other electrical power supplies are available on request.
Standard capacities are as follows:
· 75 gallons - 340 litres
· 150 gallons - 680 litres
· 250 gallons - 1140 litres
· 300 gallon - 1360 litres
Depending on the contaminant being collected, with auto-wash electrostatic
filters, in some cases a better wash takes place if a detergent is added.
Horizon manufacture a self contained storage tank/pump unit to supply
a detergent injection into the hot water supply pipework system.
Tank capacity - 10 gallons (45 litres). Built as standard for 220/240
volts single phase 50 cycles.
